Joseph “Joe” Wilburn Chapman, age 75, a lifelong resident of Mobile passed away Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012.
He worked at Delaney’s Property Management until he retired and was of the Catholic faith. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Chapman. He leaves behind his wife, Toni R. Chapman of Dauphin Island; one daughter, Christina Chapman Walters (Mitch) of Spanish Fort; sisters, Irene Minto (Mickey) of Spanish Fort and Jean Burwell (George) of Mobile; grandson, John Anthony Walters of Spanish Fort; sister-in-law, Paula Chapman of Mobile; and his good friends, Debbie and Mitchell Walters of Spanish Fort. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012 at 7 p.m. at Hughes Funeral Home.
