GULF SHORES, AL Kaiser Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce that Kimberly Ray, Assistant Front Desk Manager, has been named the “Employee of the Month” for November 2011.

Originally from Tupelo, Mississippi, Ray moved to Baldwin County in middle school and began her career with Kaiser Realty, Inc. in January 2007.

“I love working at Kaiser Realty because of the ‘family style’ atmosphere that surrounds the office,” stated Ray, “and how much fun my co-workers can make every day!”

Kaiser Realty employees nominate their peers each month for this award which is presented to the Kaiser Realty, Inc. team member who provided superior service to the company’s guests and property owners during the month.
