GULF SHORES, Ala. – Leonard Kaiser, Baldwin county native and founder of Kaiser Realty, Inc. announced the formation of a new real estate company, Kaiser Real Estate Sales, Inc. 

Following the recent acquisition of Kaiser Realty, Inc. (Vacation Rentals and Property Management) by Wyndham Vacation Rentals, the new real estate sales company was formed to seamlessly continue the tradition of providing professional real estate sales services to customers and clients.

“The new Kaiser Real Estate Sales, Inc. will allow us to focus solely on real estate listings and sales, both residential and commercial, land and development. The unique, dynamic nature of the real estate market in our area and the increasing complexity of the real estate transaction process make our experience here extremely valuable to our customers and clients,” Kaiser said. Starting his first real estate sales company in Gulf Shores in 1980, Kaiser said, “I’ve experienced the myriad of market trends, the highs and the lows, and I think we are poised to see some very positive growth in the next three to five years.”

Recognized for his leadership role in the business community, and with civic and charitable organizations, Kaiser is looking forward to continuing this commitment with the new company. “ I’m very excited to begin this next phase.”

Two of Kaiser’s daughters join him in the new company; Erin Kaiser, in development and a licensed sales associate, and Andrea Kaiser Shilston in sales and administration.

The company recently introduced their newest project, The Cottages on Romar, a gulf-front residential community offering 29 residential lots and upscale amenities in Orange Beach.

 Kaiser Real Estate Sales, Inc. offices will continue to be located in the current location on Highway 59 in Gulf Shores.
