GULF SHORES, Ala – Kaiser Realty is pleased to announce that Association Maintenance Supervisor, Larry Jeter, has been selected as the “Employee of the Month” award recipient for August.

“For 23 years, Larry has been here whenever we needed him, day or night,” said Nat Pruitt, association manager. Each recipient receives a certificate, as well as the “Employee of the Month” parking spot for the month following their award. They are also eligible for the “Service of Excellence” award, given twice-yearly to employees who demonstrate superior service and commitment to the Kaiser Realty, Inc. mission.

Jeter, originally from Saraland, has been a Gulf Shores resident since 1984, working for Kaiser since 1988.

“The family atmosphere,” surrounding Kaiser has been the reason for his 23 years of service thus far. “Everyone has a job to do, but we have fun doing it.”

The award is presented to the Kaiser team member who provided superior service to the company’s guests and property owners during the month.

“Larry is a great person,” continued Pruitt, “and it is a pleasure to be working with him.”
