Kathryn Miriam Ueltschi passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Dec. 2, 2020 at age 91. Since 2004 she has resided in Orange Beach. AL. She was a faithful member of Gulf Shores Baptist Church Sunday school. Miriam was born March 18, 1929 in Augusta, GA. She was an extremely successful businesswoman and entrepreneur remembered by her associates and employees for her generosity and loving spirit. She was a true leader and advisor who inspired all those who knew her. A dedicated family woman, her strength and courage truly made her a “Proverbs 31 woman”. She is survived by her husband LTC. Don Ueltschi and by her three children Cynthia (Wayne) Day, Karla (Quad) Thornton, and son Richard (Dona) Ueltschi, 4 grandsons, 5 great-grandsons, and 2 great, great granddaughters.
