"font-family:">Kathy Denice (Coleman) Ganey, 54, born in Bay Minette and a resident of Stockton, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2011 at Oakwood Nursing Home.
"font-family:">She was a deputy for the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Department, where she was the first female deputy for the county.
"font-family:">She is survived by her children, Kaleb M. Ganey of Perdido and Katy Ganey (Kyle) Johnson of Rabun; her mother and stepfather, Joyce T. and Douglas Nall of Stockton; one sister, Deidra J. Boyington of Stockton; and two grandchildren, Camron Ganey and Hunter Ganey.
"font-family:">She was preceded in death by her father, Denny C. Coleman; and a brother, Denny Keith Coleman.
"font-family:">The funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, at 2 p.m., at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home, with the Rev. Tommy Snyder officiating. Burial will follow at Stockton Memorial Cemetery.
