GULF SHORES, Ala. — Kaiser Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce that Cynthia Kennedy has been selected the Employee of the Month award recipient for September. Kennedy celebrated her first anniversary with Kaiser Realty on Sept. 30.

“Cynthia earned this reward by going above and beyond her call of duty. This award is well-deserved,” said Human Resources Director Debbie Simmons. 

The award is presented to the Kaiser Realty team member who provided superior service to the company’s guests and property owners during the month. As Kaiser Realty’s Employee of the Month, Kennedy receives a $100 American Express gift card, reserved parking, name recognition on the company’s marquee and lunch with company President Leonard Kaiser. Kennedy also qualifies for the company’s semi-annual “Spirit of Excellence Award.”
