Kenneth “Louie” Gunter Jr., 61, a native of Mobile and a resident of Bon Secour, died on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010 at a local hospital.
He was a Vietnam veteran, an avid outdoorsman and owner/operator of Marine Recycle Parts, Foley.
Survivors include his wife, Marion Hyde Gunter; of Bon Secour; two sons, Jason Gunter of Bon Secour and Derek Gunter of San Diego; daughter, Karen (Chris) Lee of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and two grandchildren, Justin and Mallory Lee.
Graveside services and interment will be held at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3 at Barrancas National Cemetery.
The family requests donations be made to a memorial fund set up at Vision Bank.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Foley.
