Elsie Loretta Kichler, 82, a native and resident of Elberta, died Sunday, March 22, 2009.
She was a devloted and loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Kichler; parents, Julius and Ella Schartz; and a brother, Edward Schwartz.
Survivors include a daughter, Marilyn Long of Elberta; two sons, Walter Kichler and Donnis Kichler, both of Elberta; sister, Irene Honig of Josephine; brother, George Schwartz Sr. of Josephine; five grandsons and one greanddaughter, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services and visitation were held Tuesday, March 24 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Elberta. Interment followed at Elberta Public Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church.
