FAIRHOPE, Ala. — Jitterbug Theatre Productions will present a production of Disney’s “Mulan Jr.” at the Fairhope Civic Center on Nov. 6 and 7 at 7 p.m. The musical is directed by Erin Langley and choreographed by April Smith Spencer.
The show features set design by Bruce Larsen, sound by Karl Langley and lighting by Power Productions.
The cast is represented by 45 Fairhope students, including Erin Curtis as Mulan; Cece Decorte as Mushu; and Daniel Walters as Shang.
The show is sponsored in part by Fairhope Elementary School, Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Yearwood, Debbie Quinn, Christian Copyright Solutions, Comprehensive Pain and Rehabilitation, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Godwin, Church of the Apostles, Eastern Shore Parents magazine, Earl Hilyer, Tim Simmonds and Karen Curtis.
In addition to public performances, the cast will also present the action-packed musical to 2,000 Baldwin County students during day performances.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students and children. Tickets may be purchased at the door on a first-available basis.
