James Wayland “Wayne” Kirchharr, 57, a native of Monroeville and a resident of Bay Minette, died Monday, March 15, 2010 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center.
He was a self-employed carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his father, James A. Kirchharr and a brother, Tony Kirchharr.
Survivors include his wife, Linda C. Mosley Kirchharr of Bay Minette; five children, Wayland (Jessica) Crutchfield of Belmont, N.C., Jerry (Monica) Crutchfield of Mt. Holley, N.C., Norman Hadley of Perdido, Rodney Kirchharr and Leigh Ann White, both of Bay Minette; eight grandchildren, Calab Hadley, Jonathan Crutchfield, Nicholas Crutchfield, Luke Crutchfield, Riley Crutchfield, Noah Crutchfield, Leighla Kirchharr and Zane Strand; one great-granddaughter, Cadance Hadley; and his mother, Donnie Elizabeth Kirchharr.
Graveside services were held Thursday, March 18 at the Semirah Springs Freewill Baptist Cemetery in Uriah with Dr. Larry Patterson and the Rev. Scott Tharp officiating.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Renovation Fund and Southside Baptist Church, P.O. Box 418, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
