Nancy Ann Koscicki, 52, a native of Ohio and resident of Stapleton, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2007 at Thomas Hospital.
She was a registered nurse, foster parent, an avid YMCA counselor and a member of Daphne United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Normand of Fairhope; her husband, Ken Koscicki of Stapleton; two sons, Jamie Koscicki and Logan Koscicki, both of Stapleton; two brothers Steven Normand of Brunswick, Maine, and Jeffrey Normand of Perrysburg, Ohio.
Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. with memorial services at 11 a.m. Tuesday Oct. 15 at Daphne United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Fillingim.
The family reuqests memorial donations be made to Daphne United Methodist Church c/o Logan and Jamie Koscicki Scholarship Fund.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Daphne.
