Kristy Clare Harms, age 40, of Robertsdale passed away, Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 after a courageous battle with colon cancer.
Kristy was born in Marietta, Ga., and was a member of The Bridge Church. She loved to cook and create things and was a loving mother, daughter and sister. She was a devoted caregiver to anyone in need, but especially to her grandmother. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Bob Bradshaw; grandparents, Aubrey and Florence McClantoc, and her cousin, Bri Parish. She is survived by her parents, Johnny and Dee McClantoc of Robertsdale; husband, Randy Harms of Robertsdale and two sons, Johnny Harms and Kenny Harms, all of Robertsdale; her sister, Jonae (Lonnie) Ard of Robertsdale; her grandmother, Ruth Bradshaw of Daphne; her niece, Madalyn Ard and her nephew, Keanan Ard and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 at Greenwood Bible Deliverance Church, 21991 Co. Rd. 38 South, in Summerdale. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:30 p.m. until service time. Officiating will be Pastor Tony Meeker. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
