Patricia Anne Lake, 67, Aa native of Maryland and a resident of Fairhope, died Wednesday, June 23, 2010 in Fairhope.
She was a member of Liberty Church, Fairhope.
Survivors include a son, Sean (Kelly) Hash opf Placerville, Calif.; her father, William F. Lake, of Placerville; and three grandchildren, Taylor, Autumn and Makala.
A dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m. Monday, June 28 at Liberty Church followed by a memorial service at 6:30 p.m.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Liberty Church Children’s Missions, 8720 Fairhope Ave., Fairhope, AL 36532.
