Marie Hope Driskell Langham, 91, a resident of Loxley, died Monday, September 15, 2008 at her residence.

She owned Marie's Flower Shop in Loxley, was a member of Light House (Rosinton Road) Baptist Church. Founder of A.R.C.B.C. program in Loxley, and founder of Rosinton Road Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Joseph Langham, son; Danny Langham, and great-granddaughter Tonya Christine Real.

Survivors include a daughter; Eloise (Rudy) Hill of Mobile; sons, Condie (Mary) Langham of Bay Minette, Staley (Jerri) Langham of Gulf Breeze, Fla., and Claude (Joyce) Langham of Rogers, Ark.; brother, Buford Driskell of Walnut Creek, Calif.; sister, Mildred Bertagnolli of Loxley; 17 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 23 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. with services at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19 at Light House Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Loxley.
