Laura Ruth Ringer, 69, a native of New York and a long time resident of Lillian, Ala., passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013.
Laura retired from the Escambia County Florida school system after 35 years of service. Proceeded in death by her husband Ernst Ringer. She is survived by her brother, Josh (Betty) Goldberg of Connecticut, sister-in-law: Geraldine Siegel of Germany; cousins, Helga (Jim) Pelfrey of Pensacola, Fla, Geri (Nancy) Pelfrey, Brice (Brandice) Pelfrey, Brandi (Brandon) Morris and Brett Pelfrey all of Cantonment, Fla. Funeral service will be Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley at 11 a.m. with Pastor Gary Porter officiating. The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be at Elberta Public Cemetery.
