Lenora Patsy Edhegard, age 60, a native of Silverhill, and resident of Brandon, Miss., passed away Monday, Sept. 24, 2012. Ms. Edhegard was a 1970 graduate of Robertsdale High School and a member of the United Church of God in Brandon, Miss. She was an avid reader and enjoyed Ballroom Dancing and Braves Baseball. She was employed by Daniel, Coker, Horten & Bell as a legal secretary. She is preceded in death by her brother, Mark Andrew Edhegard and is survived by two sons, John (Katie) Oborne and Chris Oborne both of Memphis, Tenn; parents, Conway & Dorothy Edhegard of Silverhill; sisters, Ellen (Wes) Benton of Suwanee, Ga., Naomi (Scott) Davis of Fairview, N.C. and Becky Macon of Ridgeland, Miss.; two nieces, Karen Macon of Ridgeland and Jennifer Davis of New Orleans, La.; two nephews, Kevin Macon of Brandonand Cullen Davis of Fairview and one grandchild, Lily Powel. A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Kieffer officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to your local no-kill animal shelter.
