Judy Ann Leonard, 49, born May 12, 1959 in Foley, a resident of Foley, died Saturday, April 11, 2009 in Foley.
Survivors include her husband, jerry Wayne Leonard of Foley; her mother, June Phillips Porter of Foley; two sons, James McCord of Foley and Paul Leonard of Gulf Shores.
Visitation was held Monday, April 13 at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley. Graveside funeral services were held Tuesday, April 14 at Pine Rest Memorial Park with Tommy Howard officiating.
Arrangements are by Pine Rest Funeral Home Inc., Foley.
