Shir-lee M. Lewis, 83, a native of Gorham, N.H., a former longtime resident of Mobile, and a resident of Fairhope, died Friday, Aug. 31, 2007.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack H. Lewis and parents, Beecher A. and Irene B. MacPherson.
Survivors include two daughters, Toni L. (Albert) Tully of Birmingham and Deborah L. (Steve) Kohrman of Mobile; sons, John H. (Phyllis) Lewis Jr. of Mobile and Richard M. (Lin) Lewis of Mobile; two brothers, Allan B. (Jean) MacPherson of Fairhope and J. Kenneth (Dorothy) MacPherson of Kensington, Md.; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. with funeral services at at 10:30 Tuesday, Sept. 4 at the Fairhope United Methodist Church. Graveside services and interment will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Pine Crest Cemetery, Mobile.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Fairhope.
