Linda K. (Malone) Heathcoe, a native of Dallas, Texas, and longtime resident of Mobile, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, after a year-long battle with cancer.
She is survived by her four children, Melyssa M. (Kenneth A.) Nixon, Mobile, Quentin A. (Gloria L.) McGahey, Spanish Fort, Linda Lee (Donald A.) Smith, Turnerville, and Walter R. Heathcoe of Chunchula; eight grandchildren, Anna Beth Nixon, Luke Nixon, Lawton McGahey, Collin McGahey, Kaleigh McGahey, Meagan Pearson, Peyton Pearson, and Reese Heathcoe.
The family will receive visitors at Providence United Methodist Church on Jimmy Faulkner Blvd. in Spanish Fort at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, followed by a Memorial Service celebrating Linda’s life at 11 a.m. in the Sanctuary.
