Beulah Mae Johnson Lindsey, 79, a native and resident of the Bromley community, died Sunday, March 1, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Lindsey Sr.; her parents, Walter and Sara Johnson; son, Randall (Rickey) L. Lindsey Sr.; brother, Buddy Johnson and sister Ruby P. Johnson.
Survivors include six children, Norman L. Floyd of White House Fork, Regina (Johnny) Weaver of Fairford, W. Craig Lindsey of Daphne, Phyllis (Steve) Holland of Crossroads, Charles C. (Terri) Lindsey Jr. of Chesapeake, Va., and Shannon (Joe) Kenny of Mobile; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Beverly Mann, RN of Mid-South Home Health, Karen Reynolds of Addus Health Care, and Darla Dean, LBSW.
Visitation begins at 10:30 a.m. with funeral services at 11:45 a.m. Thursday, March 5 at Cook Memorial Presbyterian Chapel, Bromley. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Cook Memorial Presbyterian Chapel or a charity of your choice.
