Lineup for music, seminars set for The Wharf Boat and Yacht Show

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. - The music and seminar lineup for The Wharf Boat and Yacht show for April 25-28 has been announced.

An exciting all new format and layout featuring an exclusive Thursday evening by invitation only, VIP reception on the floating docks. The Yacht Center tent display and new BridgeWalk vendor village located in show center with food court and entertainment.

There are restaurants, shopping, water park, movie theater, on-site accommodations overlooking the show venue and Alabama's largest Ferris wheel.

The show will feature 110 wet slip boats and yachts on display, more than 200 trailerable boats on land, climate controlled yacht center pavilion, Bridgewalk area featuring the event stage and an artist village.

Show highlights include the 2 p.m. to sunset “Stars Over Alabama” VIP invitation only party on April 25. It will include a floating band moving throughout the harbor and red carpet, white glove treatment.

On Friday and Saturday show hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $5 per adult and kids 12 and under are free. This even is pet friendly.

There will be a 75 exhibiting companies with roughly half of them coming in from out of the area.

Also happening at The Wharf that weekend is the Bama Coast Cruise Car Show.  Hundreds of cars from vintage hotrods to classic muscle cars and modern speedsters will be on display along Main Street at The Wharf Entertainment Complex on April 25, 26 and 27.

The Cruise also features a swap meet, multiple vendors, a parade of classic autos, and a poker run for the participants. Awards will be given for the top 25 cars on display.  Admission to the Bama Coast Cruise is free!

2 p.m.-3 p.m.: "Think Like a King: Tournament anglers' tips on catching king mackerel" Seminar by Hook, Line & Sinker

3 p.m.-4:45 p.m.: Live Music with the Foxy Iguanas

5 p.m.-6 p.m.: Lucca Boutique & HL Hood Fashion Show

Saturday, April 27

11 a.m.–noon: "Making the Most of a Limited Season: Professional tips on red snapper and grouper" Seminar by Hook, Line & Sinker

Noon–1 p.m.: Kids Art Clinic with Larry Rackley

1-2 p.m.: "Go Big: Blue marlin, mahi, tuna and wahoo tips for the average angler" Seminar by Hook, Line & Sinker

2-3:45 p.m.: Live Music with Bud Smith

3:45-4:45 p.m.: Kids art clinic with Larry Rackley
