Angela Lynn Lipscomb and Gregory Kyle Thompson were united in marriage at 2 p.m. June 30, 2007 at Jubilee Baptist Church. Dr. Paul Matthews and the Rev. Ken McCormick officiated.
The bride is the daughter of G. Gerald and Janice Lipscomb of Magnolia Springs. The bridegroom is the son of Gregory and Tina Thompson of Montgomery.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white, silk satin Casablanca A-line dress with a silk veil and beading around the neck and waist.
Michelle Lipscomb, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Hodges, Shannon Johnson, sister of the bride; and Teresa Lipscomb, sister-in-law of the bride.
Greg Thompson, father of the bridegroom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Kert Thompson, brother of the bridegroom; Keith Moody and Keith Veronese.
Flower girls were Heather Countryman and Ariel Lipscomb, nieces of the bride. Ring bearer was Andrew Countryman, nephew of the bride.
A reception at the church followed the ceremony.
After a wedding trip to the Big Island, Hawaii, the couple resides in Enterprise.
