The past few weeks as the warmer weather is coming in I have noticed the familiar sight of ant hills appearing in the lawn.
Yes, they can be a nuisance when you are trying to do something inside or outside; getting bitten by ants is not a very happy experience. But have you really taken time to observe these little energetic fellows? In this beautiful spring weather, your child can observe ants with the bare eye or use a magnifying glass. Remember to take paper, pencils, crayons for your child to draw what they see.
