GULF SHORES, Ala. — Little Lagoon Preservation Society (LLPS) will host its quarterly membership meeting on Oct. 21, 6 p.m. at the Adult Activity Center in Gulf Shores.
LLPS President Dennis Hatfield and board members will present a review and results of the society’s lawsuit vs. the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and Intervener Erie Meyer Charitable Trust.
A written formal press release will be provided for members, news media, and the general public.
Internet URL’s where documents filed by LLPS, USACOE, Erie Meyer Charitable Trust and the U.S. District Court will also be provided at the meeting.
LLPS executive members will avail themselves for questions and discussions concerning the legal action and future plans.
