ORANGE BEACH, Alabama - The Friends of the Orange Beach Library are pleased to host local author, Ryan Anderson on Sept. 12 at 10 a.m. in the meeting room at the Orange Beach Public Library located at 26267 Canal Road.

Anderson is a local author of fictional crime thrillers, specifically The Detective Hank Jordan Series.

Ms. Anderson “would like to invite you into a world where fact and fiction collide in the heart of southern Alabama. I hope you enjoy the fictitious life of Detective Hank Jordan, who is bound and determined to keep peace on Alabama’s Gulf Coast and expose those who are trying to destroy it.

“The Czech Files” is the first novel in the series, followed by “The Artist” and “Undelivered.” For those who live on the Gulf Coast, my novels will certainly tease your memory of what has happened in the past. For those who reside elsewhere, I hope it will amaze you and make you wonder if there really is something more to the story.

My novels were written completely from my imagination with help from my past. I believe in two things strongly: The truth will set you free, and, everything happens for a reason. Join Detective Hank Jordan as he tracks down some of the worst criminals the Gulf Coast has ever known.” Visit Anderson’s website at www.ryanandersonart.com.

Please join us on Sept. 12 for an entertaining talk by Ms. Ryan Anderson. The Friends of the Orange Beach Library meet at 10 a.m on the second Wednesday of the month. All meetings are open to the public, so please think about supporting our library and join us.
