BAY MINETTE, Ala. — The Baldwin County grand will examine evidence against a Loxley man charged with sexual abuse of a female between the ages of 12 and 16, sexual abuse of another female and using a hidden video device to record a female changing clothes.
Mark Lee Foreman, 26, of County Road 68, is charged with first- and second-degree sexual abuse and criminal surveillance, according to Baldwin County District Court records.
On Aug. 22, Foreman allegedly had sexual contact with both females, according to court records. He also allegedly placed an iPod in a clear, plastic container to record a female changing clothes.
He was arrested Oct. 27 and was released on a $15,500 bail.
In a separate bound over case, a Fairhope man is charged with receiving stolen property after heirloom silverware was found in his bedroom closet, according to court records.
Joseph Daniel Lineberry, 19, of Woodmere Court, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with second-degree receiving stolen property.
According to a warrant, the silver was reported stolen from a Coleman Avenue residence in Fairhope.
Lineberry has been released on a $5,000 bail, court records show.
