Vivian E. Lucey, 94, died Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008 at the John M. Snook Center in Daphne.
A resident of Fairhope since 1974, she was an active member of Trinity Presbyterian Church and the Thomas Hospital Auxiliary. For many years she helped manage the Auxiliary’s snack bar and was the President of the Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, WM.C. “Jack” Lucey.
Survivors include two sons, Col. James W. Lucey, USMC retired of Virginia and A. Kerry Wolfe of Maryland; two granddaughters, Alecia Nash and Deborah Nash.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21 at Trinity Presbyterian Church of Fairhope.
