Jamie Grace Brannan Lynd, 94, a resident of Bay Minette, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008 at her son’s residence.
She was a retired secretary with the Baldwin County Health Department after 40 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Z and Mable Lee Scarbarough Brannan; her husband, Joseph E. Lynd; two brothers and a sister.
Survivors include a son, Noel (Christabelle) Lynd of Bay Minette; two daughters, Jamie Lee (Kenneth) King of Crona, Calif., and Grace (Steve) Cordon of Opelika; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services and burial were held Saturday, Oct. 4 at the Bay Minette Cemetery, with Ministers O.B. Richardson and Jerry Childs officiating.
