Mable Jeanette Smith Boone, 79, died Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2010 at a hospital in Mobile.
She was a native of Repton, a former resident of Little River and a resident of Mobile for the past 15 years. She was a former employee of Emperor Clock Company in Mobile and Vanity Fair Mills. She attended the Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, John Wayne (Mary) Boone of Mobile and Jerry Leon Boone of Little River; two daughters, Judy (Mickey) Thompson of Stockton and Margaret (Tony) Manning of Wilmer; nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Thelma Kearley of Spanish Fort and Melba Franklin of Phenix City.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21 at Mamie’s Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Skipper offiaciating.
Arrangements are by Petty Funeral Homes LLC, Eastside Chapel, Atmore.
