Margaret Craig Dennis, 86, a native of Evergreen and resident of Spanish Fort, passed away Monday, May 13, 2013 at home with her family by her side.
She worked for the Civil Service as a finance officer, and she was an active member of First Baptist Church of Spanish Fort in both the Sarah Sunday School Class and the Ladies Ministry.
Margaret is survived by her loving husband, William Henry Dennis of Spanish Fort; her son, James Houston Hamrac Jr. of Douglasville, Ga.; brother, Shelton (JoAnn) Craig of Gulf Shores; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Margaret’s family will receive friends Wednesday, May 15, 2013, from 10 until 11 a.m., at the First Baptist Church in Spanish Fort. Funeral services will follow at 11. Interment will be at Jubilee Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Margaret Dennis may be made to the First Baptist Church of Spanish Fort.
