Marie Schlichting Wigstrom, 67, a native of Cullman, Ala. and a resident of Silverhill, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at a local hospital.
She was a very devoted mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Tara Wigstrom Cabanas of Silverhill; one stepdaughter, Tina Martin of Daphne; father, Nolan Schlichting of Foley; three sisters, Sharon Woerner of Elberta, Vicky French of Fort Myers, Fla. and Marilyn Bolen of Saraland; one brother, Kevin Schlichting of Foley; and four grandchildren, Anthony, Gabriela, Alecia and Emma.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, July 5, 2013, at 6 p.m., at the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley.
