Marilyn Freda Wallace, age 70, a longtime resident of Bon Secour, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016.
Marilyn was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend to many.
Her career in the banking industry spanned 45 plus years, retiring as an assistant vice president from BB&T.
Preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lisa Gayle Wallace; brother, John Anthony Hough; and parents, Fred and Lucille Hough.
She is survived by her husband, L.D. Wallace; a daughter, Terri Wallace Jordan; brother, Marvin (Mary Nell) Hough, all of Foley, Alabama; brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at Oyster Bay Baptist Church, Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016 at noon.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Interment will follow at Wallace Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making donations to the American Cancer Society.
