Marilyn Joy Wooden, 68, of Tarpon Springs, Fla., died peacefully Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011.
She was a past member of Gulf Shores United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, John; son, William; one grandson, Austin; and her father, Jerry Davis.
A memorial service will be held in Heber Springs at a later date.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Gulf Shores United Methodist Church or local hospice.
