Mark E. Bass, 49, a native of Georgia and resident of Fairhope, passed away Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014.
Mark was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Skylar; and his mother, Clarice Bass.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Sluder Bass ; four daughters, Heather (Tate) Skinner of Fairhope, Hope (Taz) LaVie of Fairhope, Jessica Bass of Spanish Fort and Megan (Chase) Waddle of Silverhill; a son, Marcus Bass of Fairhope; father, David Bass of Pensacola; three grandchildren, Clayton, Kelcie and Jacob; and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, from 5 until 6:30 p.m., at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope.
A celebration of Mark’s life will follow immediately at the American Legion in Fairhope.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion Mark Bass Fund.
