Mark Meyette Monckton, age 56, born Oct. 30, 1955 in Springfield, Ohio, passed away June 23, 2012.
Mark passed away after a brief struggle with cancer on June 23, 2012 in Indianapolis, IN. He spent his early years in Coshocton, Ohio where he was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and attended local schools. He was active in Boy Scouts were he attained the rank of Eagle Scout. He served our country in both the Army and Navy earning several commendations and medals while serving on the USS Constellation Supercarrier. Preceded on this last journey by his father, Robert G. Monckton. Mark is survived by his mother, Gloria McKenzie Monckton; brothers, Michael (Ann), Matthew (Donna), sisters, Melissa (Greg) Botine, Martha Monckton, Margaret Monckton, Mairi Monckton, aunts, nieces and nephews.
