Marlyn Valladares Read, 68, a native of New York and a resident of Fairhope, passed away Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015 at a local hospital.
She was a former employee with the Baldwin County Probate office.
Marlyn is survived by her husband, Jim Read of Fairhope; a daughter, Melissa Wilson of Fairhope; a son, Kenny (Kristin) Wilson of Daphne; a sister, Elaine Guethlein of Lakeland, Fla.; a brother, Ulysses James Valladares of Lakeland, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, from 4 until 6 p.m., at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope.
