Martha Luverne Dunn, 76, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014 in Perdido.
Mrs. Dunn was a native and lifelong resident of Perdido. She was a caregiver for the elderly and a dear friend to all.
Her father, mother, sisters and brothers preceded her in death. She is the last one.
Survivors include her son, Benjamin Marlin (Amada) Harrison of Perdido; two daughters, Wanda Harrison (Roger) Hadley of Perdido and Viola Dunn (Ronnie Ryland) of Perdido; one stepdaughter, Charlotte Rubio of Opelika; dear friends, Nell Quik (loved like a daughter) of Atmore and Ruby Wilson of Perdido; nine grandchildren, Dawn Williams, Josey Hadley, Conan Harrison, Cissy Harrison, Raven Jolie Ryland, Candace Ryland, Chad Rubio, Becky Hadley Newsome and Jason Hadley; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at 10 a.m., at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home in Atmore, with the Rev. Malcolm Harrelson officiating.
Burial will follow at Perdido Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday, March 10, 2014, from 6 to 9 p.m., at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Josey Hadley, Josh Law, Curtis Holloway, Ronnie Hadley, Branden Allen and Lamar Hadley.
Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Brown and Jesse Wilson.
