Mary Alvina Miller, 89, of Summerdale, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015.
Mrs. Miller was a member of Marlow United Methodist Church, where she was a past pianist, organist and Sunday school teacher, retired from the Baldwin County Board of Education after many years of teaching at Summerdale Elementary, a Pink Lady at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center and a member of the South Baldwin traveling club.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Dewitt Clenton Miller; and two brothers, Fred William Raber and Rudolph Raber.
She is survived by her four daughters, Brenda McKenzie of Summerdale, Marsha Miller of Apopka, Fla., Janet (Chuck) Woods of Summerdale and Joann (Frank) Moorhead of Robertsdale; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 20, 2015, at 3 p.m., at Marlow United Methodist Church.
A visitation will be held Monday, April 20, 2015, from 2-3 p.m., at the church.
Interment will be in Marlow Methodist Cemetery.
