Mary Ann Phillips, 79, a native of Wylam, former resident of Pell City and a resident of Fairhope, died Monday, Jan. 24, 2011 in Fairhope.
She was a licensed practical nurse for many years.
She was a great mother, loving grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford R. Phillips; two sisters, Oma Mae Bryant and Hazel Crotzer.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa R. (Donald) Spradley of Fairhope; son, James C. (Deborah) Phillips of Stockton; three grandchildren, Caitlin Spradley, Corey (Amber) Spradley, both of Fairhope and Braegan (Barrett) Abernathy of Austin, Texas; and one great-granddaughter, Sophie Ann Spradley of Fairhope.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 28 from the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
