Mary Ethel (Whittle) Blackmon, 91, born in Georgiana, Ala and a resident of Bay Minette died Friday, Nov. 29, 2013 at her residence.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Donnie (Glenda) Blackmon and Terry Blackmon, both of Bay Minette; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Blackmon; a daughter, Elaine Fox; and her husband, E.L. Blackmon.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, at 11 a.m., at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gerald Beech officiating.
Graveside services will be held at Union Cemetery in Georgiana, Ala. at 2 p.m.
The family will receive friends Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013, from 6 until 9 p.m., at Norris Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Eric Blackmon, Chase Blackmon, Jason Blackmon, Michael Blackmon, Cole Jeffers and Kyle Jeffers.
