Mary Frances Rolls Slana, age 89, native of Mobile and resident of Fairhope passed away Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012.
Mrs. Slana was proud to be a graduate of Murphy High School Class of 1942. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Slana, Sr. She is survived by one daughter, Joanie Slana of Dade City, FL; one son, Edward M. (Alice) Slana; one granddaughter, Fritha Leigh (Wilson) McDuff; two great-grandchildren, Will McDuff and Mae McDuff, all of Fairhope. A private Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff of Fairhope Health and Rehabilitation and Covenant Hospice for their generous and loving care shown to their mother.
