Mary Joann Desarro, 80, passed away Feb. 2, 2014.
She is survived by her daughter, Ariadne Desarro of Lillian; a son, John G. Desarro of Long Meadows, Mass.; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and a stepson, Peter A. Derro III of Orange Beach.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter A. Desarro Jr.
A celebration of life will be held Feb. 17, 2014, at 1 p.m., from Live Oak Village in Foley.
