Mary Ruby Walker, age 60, a native of Meridian, Miss., and a resident of Summerdale, passed away Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013.
Mrs. Walker is survived by husband, Terry Lee Walker of Summerdale; daughter, Patti (Curt) Spangler of Farmersville, Texas; son, David (Melissa) Walker of Summerdale; father and mother, Thomas and Ruby Robinson of Robertsdale; brother, Thomas (Marilyn) E. Robinson Jr. of Robertsdale, three grandchildren, Michael and Austin Timbrel of Farmersville, Texas and Sydney Lynn Walker of Summerdale; many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 at 2 p.m. from the Robertsdale Assembly of God Church. The family will receive friends at the church, Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers the Walker family request that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 900 Western America Circle, Suite 101, Mobile, AL 36609 or you may call 251-344-9858.
