Mary Sanders Johnson, 90, a native of Elberton, Ga., and a resident of Fairhope, died Aug. 20, 2010.
She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Fairhope. She was a U.S. Army nurse veteran.
Survivors include two sons, William Robert (Cathy) Johnson of Madison, Miss., and Dr. John Frank (Leslie) Johnson of Mobile; brother, Thomas Jefferson Sanders of Alpharetta, Ga.; four grandsons, Lauten Sanders (Betts) Johnson, Austen Hall (Alice) Johnson, Cullen William Johnson and Robert Carter Johnson; two great-grandchildren, Carolyn Leslie Johnson and Lauten Sanders Johnson; other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were held Saturday, Aug. 21 at Montrose Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Thomas Hospital Foundation.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Daphne.
