Students, faculty, and friends of St. Patrick School in Robertsdale, gathered around the statue of Mary that stands on the north side of campus, to place their flowers brought from home, and sing in celebration of the May Crowning event, honoring Mary, the mother of Jesus. Fifth grader, Caroline Zitnik, placed the crown of flowers on the statue of Mary, as the crowd sang, "O Mary we crown thee with blossoms today", from “Bring Flowers of the Rarest", and also praying the rosary.
