Mardis J. McElhannon, 56, a native of Elberta and resident of Foley, died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007.
He served in the U.S. Army and is a Vietnam Veteran.
Survivors include a son, Mardis McElhannon of Foley; and four sisters, Judy Walker Kelley of Elberta, Tanya Walker Ardoin of Moss Point, Miss., Trina Walker of Mobile and Robin Bradshaw Barrows of Century, Fla.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21 at at Mack Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hail Memorial Cemetery in Robertsdale.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 19059 Greeno Road, Suite A, Fairhope, AL 36532.
