William Groce “Bill” McKibbon Jr., 75, of Loxley, died Sunday, March 14, 2010 in Mobile.
He was a member of the Fairhope United Methodist Church.
He graduated from Fairhope High School and attended the Auburn University where he received his degree in industrial management and was associated with the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and the ROTC program.
He went into business with his father at Woodhaven Dairy. He also worked at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his oldest son, William Groce McKibbon III.
Survivors include a son, Timopthy Patrick McKibbon of Fairhope; daughter-in-law, Kelly Leo McKibbon of Silverhill; two brothers, Robert Campbell McKibbon and Richard Lee McKibbon; sister, Mary Ann Peters; three grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
Cremation arrangements are by Cason Funeral Service, Foley.
