O'Neal A. McKinley, 74, a native of Excel, and a resident of Loxley, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008.
He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Amry.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn J. "Nita" McKinley of Loxley; two daughters, Virginia Carol Thomaston of Bay Minette and Patricia Faye McDaniel of Robertsdale; one son, James Wesley "Butch" Shaddix of Pensacola, Fla.; three sisters, Augustine Wiggins and Evelyn Smith, both of Frisco City and Frances Moxness of Atmore; brother, James McKinley of Frisco City; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10 from the chapel of Mack Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Silverhill Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to First Christian Church in Robertsdale.
