Charles William “Chuck” McKinney died Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at his home in Daphne, surrounded by family and friends.
He graduated from Dothan High School in 1967. His 43-year career in paper sales began in Dothan with Houston Paper Company. Hewas with Dade Paper Company of Loxley as a sales representative at the time of his death.
Survivors include wife, Pamela Sanken McKinney; son, Trevor Dean McKinney; daughter, Lauren Ashley McKinney; two brothers, Joseph Rawlins (Angela) McKinney of Seagrove Beach, Fla., and Joseph Wesley (Angie) McKinney of Dothan; two sisters, Jo Ellen Trammell of Winter Garden, Fla., Martha (Dewey) Formby of Dothan; many other relatives, friends, co-workers and loving pets, Mac and Toby.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 24 at the Crossroads Church in Belforest. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 25 at the church.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 19059 Greeno Road, Fairhope, AL 36532, or Springhill Home Health and Hospice, 10 Mobile St., Mobile, AL 36607.
